Yesterday dear hubby came home early from work, and after lunch went to the bowling alley on base with us. What a great treat - to have Dad home early and go on a “field trip” with us. Of course both Gene and Nicole set out to beat dear old Mom; I’m not quite sure why they don’t even aim to beat dear old Dad. Funny how that works! We had a sensational time on our little family excursion. The kids are getting better at bowling, they hardly even used the bumpers on the second game, and both had at least one strike.
